Founder & Director
Meet Jason, a dynamic leader who blends entrepreneurial vision with over a decade of People & Culture expertise across industries such as hospitality, digital innovation, and technology. With a diploma in Hospitality Management as his foundation, Jason has honed a deep understanding of customer experience and operational excellence.
Fueled by a passion for human capital, he pursued multiple HR certifications, earning recognition for his commitment to talent development and workplace culture. His career is marked by success in building and guiding HR teams, resolving employee matters with fairness, and fostering environments where people and businesses thrive. Jason remains dedicated to unlocking potential, driving innovation, and cultivating cultures that support sustainable growth.

Meet Alison, Head of Business Unit – Human Resources. As the Founder of Alivate Asia Consulting, she brings strong expertise in human development, coaching psychology, and service excellence.
Certified in Colored Brain™ (DC Psychology) and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Alison applies science-based approaches to strengthen leadership, communication, and workplace culture.
Her professional background is further shaped by world-class service training at Marriott International, where she developed a people-first mindset grounded in operational excellence.
As an HRDC Certified Trainer and active member of international coaching bodies, Alison is committed to helping organisations build capable teams, healthy cultures, and sustainable people strategies.
Low Ai Lin
Meet Low Ai Lin, Special Officer. With over 10 years of HR experience across manufacturing, FMCG, education, and retail, she brings expertise in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
Ai Lin is skilled in policy design, SOPs, labour law compliance, and strategic HR alignment. Known for enhancing HR efficiency, strengthening employer branding, and driving team performance, she helps organisations optimise their people strategies for sustainable growth.
CK
Meet CK, Manager of Telemarketing & Customer Experience. With over 15 years of experience in customer service and operational leadership, CK brings deep expertise in key account management, fraud analysis, and telesales.
Previously with Standard Chartered Bank and American Express (M) Bhd, she now applies her skills at UpGrowth to optimise processes, develop SOPs, KPIs, and QA frameworks, and create performance reporting systems. CK also excels in workforce planning, marketing content, and sales script development to drive engagement and results.

Pang Ke Sin
Meet Pang Ke Sin, Chartered Accountant (MIA) and Associate Member of CTIM, with extensive expertise in tax advisory, regulatory compliance, and corporate accounting. Pang has advised both local and multinational clients across industries, previously serving at international firms including Crowe and KPMG.
At UpGrowth, he leads strategic and operational functions in tax, accounting, and business compliance. Known for his technical expertise and practical solutions, Pang helps SMEs streamline tax reporting, resolve audits efficiently, and achieve cost-saving outcomes.
Thomas Yong
Meet Thomas Yong, Partner in Learning & Development and a Licensed Financial Planner. With 8 years of experience delivering training through Toastmasters International, Thomas is passionate about developing communication, leadership, and presentation skills in individuals and teams.
A national runner-up in the JCI Oratorical Championship (Malaysia) and an experienced speech contest judge and mentor, Thomas combines expertise and mentorship to help participants unlock potential, boost confidence, and achieve measurable growth.

Meet Oscar Lee, Associate Trainer specializing in personal mastery, leadership, and holistic wellbeing. Oscar has completed an extensive series of self-exploration and mastery programs, including Taiwan Think-See & Be (TSB) courses, advanced mind-body healing training, and Colour Therapy certification.
A Master of Agricultural Science and senior agronomist by training, Oscar is also the founder of the holistic healing brand Ru Yuan 如愿 and a Singing Bowl Healing Therapist. Mentored by the late Master Bill Dean, the visionary behind the Personal Mastery Courses, he brings a unique blend of experiential learning, personal development, and practical training expertise to empower participants.
Certified as an HRDC TTT Trainer, Oscar designs programs that elevate self-awareness, leadership capability, and personal growth.
Ghynna Hen
