Analyze trends in HR data to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate and assist in HR audits, both internal and external.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR compliance and best practices.
Collaborate with HR colleagues on cross-functional initiatives.
Provide support in other HR functions as needed, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
